Enjoy a game drive upon arrival, searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and numerous bird species. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making it one of Tanzania's most rewarding safari destinations. You will drive to the lodge for lunch and refreshments. After lunch, continue with an afternoon game drive, returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a compact but diverse park famous for its tree-climbing lions, lush groundwater forests, and alkaline lake. Enjoy a full-day game drive exploring the park's varied habitats. Look out for elephants, baboons, hippos, giraffes, buffaloes, and an abundance of birdlife, including flamingos when conditions permit. After your game drive, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, depart for the world-famous Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy spectacular scenery and wildlife viewing en route. Because the NCA borders the Serengeti, you are effectively on a game drive the moment you start the journey. You will pass Maasai bomas (villages), giraffes, zebras, and massive herds of wildebeest depending on the time of year. Arrive in Serengeti in time for lunch before embarking on an afternoon game drive across the endless plains. Search for lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, and vast herds of wildebeests and zebras. Dinner and overnight at your safari camp.

Day 4: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

Day 4: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day exploring the wildlife-rich plains of Serengeti National Park. A full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park typically starts at dawn (around 6:00 AM) and lasts for 8 to 10 hours. It maximizes your chances of seeing big cats hunting, avoiding the midday heat when animals hide, and covering vast distances to track the Great Migration. Your experienced guide will take you to the best wildlife viewing areas in search of the Big Five and other iconic African species. 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Picnic Lunch): Your guide will pull over at a designated picnic site or a safe, elevated granite kopje. You will eat a pre-packed lunch box surrounded by the open savanna before continuing your game drive. Depending on the season, you may witness parts of the Great Wildebeest Migration. Return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Highlands

Day 5: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Highlands
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti before departing for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Continue with wildlife viewing en route as you travel through the vast Serengeti ecosystem. Arrive at your lodge on or near the Ngorongoro Crater rim in the late afternoon and enjoy spectacular views of the crater below. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full morning game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to one of Africa's highest concentrations of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, and the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor before ascending the crater walls and proceeding to the Lake Eyasi area for dinner and overnight stay. After breakfast, enjoy a fascinating cultural excursion around Lake Eyasi. Visit the Hadzabe Bushmen, one of Africa's last remaining hunter-gatherer communities, and learn about their traditional way of life. You can join Hadzabe men on fast-paced tracking expeditions using hand-crafted bows and poisoned arrows early in the morning or learn how to harvest wild tubers, pick edible berries, and extract honey from baobab trees You will also have the opportunity to visit the Datoga people, renowned for their traditional blacksmithing skills and rich cultural heritage. After the cultural experience, catch a domestic flight to Zanzibar for beach life adventures. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, transfer to your beach resort and spend the remainder of the day relaxing by the Indian Ocean.
